By downloading, accessing, or using the Cat Lock application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Cat Lock is provided to help you stay focused by limiting access to your phone until you complete the in-app activity. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Payment will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Cat Lock and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cat Lock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
